The Challenge
The heads of ESG and People & Culture saw the need to transform leadership and shift culture starting with interactive experiences in the C-Suite. Sustainable human-centric practices embedded in all operating areas of the organization were essential to a successful longer-term effort.
What We Did
We developed a comprehensive, three-pronged approach to foster organizational transformation through a focus on human-centric leadership.
First, we created immersive C-suite experiences, leveraging the arts to enable radical conversations. This included conducting deep-dive discovery interviews to capture diverse employee experiences and curating stories that were brought to life through theater arts, portraying real-world scenarios. These narratives set the stage for interactive sessions with senior leadership, featuring facilitated discussions, reflections, and activities designed to catalyze mindset shifts.
Second, we conducted a best-practices assessment using a benchmarking tool in collaboration with client representatives from various departments, levels, and functions. This process modeled inclusive leadership principles, honored differing perspectives, and established milestones to track progress in embedding human-centric practices across the organization.
Finally, we developed a roadmap for a sustainable culture shift, aligning with the organization’s evolving leadership, goals, and strategies to ensure long-term impact.
