
Transforming Leadership: Engaging 900+ Ambassadors with Inclusive Strategies

The Challenge
The head of the global Inclusive Leadership Ambassador program needed to create a foundation for what inclusive leadership means, what is required to manifest a culture around inclusive leadership, and the key skills, capacities, and qualities of inclusive leaders.
The client wanted to present this to its entire base of ambassadors, to begin their journey of common understanding and plan for leadership development including personal growth, facilitation skills, and resource planning.
What We Did
We created an interactive experience of what inclusive leadership looks like, feels like, and its potential positive impacts. Three TIG partners demonstrated approaches to create a trusted, psychologically safe “container,” incorporated reflection exercises and pathways for personal and professional leadership development.
Content was delivered on leadership models, evolution to inclusive ways of leading at all levels of the organization, and how to create the conditions for diverse teams to grow, innovate and rise together.
Impact
This program had record sign-ups of over 900 ambassadors from around the world.
The positive response was unprecedented with a call for more. We were asked to create a four-part interactive program around identities, leadership qualities, leaders as facilitators, and help the company extend these practices to their partners and enterprise customers.
