Susan Mazonson

Transforming innovative ideas into action has defined my journey—from a corporate fast-tracker to an entrepreneur supporting disrupted industries. I’ve learned that real change begins with harnessing organizational intelligence ignited by deep conversation, building trust, connection, and empathy. I founded TIG to unlock leadership potential, accelerate corporate profits, and catalyze transformation needed for future generations.

My passion for this work is rooted in decades of helping organizations rethink how they assess market needs, develop products, and lead for sustainable growth and profitability. I hold certifications in transformational coaching, facilitation, and leadership from the Institute for Women-Centered Coaching and degrees from Brown University and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Home is New York City and the Barrier Beach of Fire Island, where I’m energized by cultural diversity, athletics, and the ocean. My world is bookended by my 3-year-old grandson and my 99-year-old mom—constant sources of connection, curiosity, and love.
