At Team Innovate Global (TIG), I’m continually inspired by how the team unlocks clients’ hidden potential, drives engagement, and accelerates performance. Their innovative techniques tackle challenges at the root, navigating breakthroughs, and catalyzing meaningful culture shifts.

In my role as an Advisor, I draw on my experiences as a former Global Chief Experiential Officer and founder of a New York-based cultural communications agency, where I curated experiences designed to energize brands and make lasting impacts. Hosting the award-winning “Reset Podcast,” I interview business game-changers, earning the nickname “The Oprah that you know.”

I’ve received recognition from “She Runs It: Changing the Game,” AdClub Rockstar, and Storyteller of the Year. I serve on multiple boards and leadership committees, including Black Women Talk Tech. I hold a BA from NYU and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
