I’m a transformational leadership coach, mentor, and culture strategist who helps leaders and organizations activate their highest capacity by centering relationship, equity, and purpose. As a consultant at Team Innovate Global (TIG), and a Senior Faculty Coach at The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, I support leaders in creating cultures that are generative, inclusive, and courageous.

I believe that culture change is the answer to both workplace innovation and healing the root causes of disconnection. I’ve had the privilege of convening conferences for thousands and leading projects that mobilized diverse community groups into courageous conversations. I lead initiatives using the arts to spark dialogue and inspire change.

I am an Ambassador to the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent, Activism Director at Out of Hand Theater, and co-designed the Community Impact Lab. I’m a Presidential Leadership Scholar, a native Atlantan, and a mom of three beautiful children living their passions in the world.
